This policy explains how Projectellus Studio (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit projectellus.com or contact us. We aim to collect as little information as possible.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by Projectellus Studio, an independent hobby-based game development project based in Lithuania. The data controller is M.K., operating publicly as Projectellus Studio.

2. What this policy covers
This policy applies only to this website. Each of our games has its own privacy policy, linked from the game’s page and its store listing, because games may use different services (for example advertising). You can find them on our games page.
3. Information we process
This website has no user accounts, no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising. We process personal data only in these cases:
Server logs
When you visit the site, the web server automatically records technical information such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser type (user agent) and the referring page. These logs are used to deliver the website, maintain security and investigate errors or abuse. Our hosting provider is UAB Bacloud. Server logs are retained for 24 months.
Providing information by e-mail is voluntary. If you do not provide a return e-mail address, we may be unable to respond. Certain technical information, including your IP address, is processed automatically when you access the website.
If you write to us at support@projectellus.com, we receive your e-mail address, your message and any information you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to handle your request.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking technologies.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. This value never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
5. Legal bases
- Server logs — our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- E-mail correspondence — our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
6. Service providers
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the website and our e-mail, acting on our instructions:
- Web hosting: UAB Bacloud (Lithuania-registered company)
- E-mail service: UAB Bacloud (Lithuania-registered company)
The physical location of the servers used for our website and e-mail services has not yet been confirmed.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
7. How long we keep data
- Server logs: 24 months.
- E-mails: We retain correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and handle related follow-up. Messages are deleted when no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for legal claims.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format, where applicable.
To exercise these rights, e-mail support@projectellus.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt); you may also contact the authority in the EU country where you live.
9. Children
This website is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Technical server logs may be collected automatically from all visitors, regardless of age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact support@projectellus.com.
10. Security
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection and uses no third-party scripts. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we process.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
